stress management

stress is something that comes when you have some kind of pressure. you actually need to learn how to deal with it stress its always around you in one way or another. if you are not carefull with your stress management it can make you sick phisically and mentaly normally when someone is stresst they stop sleeping well or eating well this makes your antibodys be low so that makes a person more suceptible to the diseaes.when you feel stress i think that the best thing you can do is to try to distract yourself with a good thing like yoga that is a way of meditation and you will see that your strees is out.
good things that you can also do are:
1) try not to let the work get acomulated
2) try to sleep
3) do some yoga
4) you can even yell out loud
there are more things that you can do to relax your self
Dont let the stress take control over you!
