sports are very fun specially if you like what you are doing there is more than 10000 sports that you can experience! some of them are hard some are not that hard and is important to be conditioning your body it help you to prevent obesity and a lot more things.

yOgA is a very easy and healthy way to conditionate your body it also help you as a form of relaxation and is a good way to get away from all that stress that we always have..

some times it’s hard to make an abit do sports but if you really try you are going to know how good if feels to have a healthy body!!!
