eating responsibly is very impostant for your health is not just to try to eat less or more is to eat good things and not to less but not too much. to eat heathier fruits and vegetables need to be in your alimentation you also need to eat a postion of meet, fish or chiken, carbohydrates are important too but you need to be carefull with them you just need to eat a little portion of it. when you eat a lot of something, is not healthy like when you eat too much chocolate or drink to much soda, nothing in exese is good for your health.
